Bob Kamm

Chief Technology Officer

Bob Kamm serves as New Albion Group’s Chief Technology Officer and has been instrumental in the creation and integration of proprietary software for PACE Funding Group, a Clean Energy Mortgage Company for which New Albion has provided multiple rounds of early stage investment capital. With 20+ years of software design and architecture experience and a deep knowledge of the mortgage industry, Bob has directed the technology platforms of successful firms in a wide variety of industries, including Finance, Real Estate, Construction, e-docs, Security and Logistics.   

An early innovator in the area of online business services, Bob was responsible for creating one of the world’s first commercial e-doc programs in the early 1990’s, as well as for architecting a pioneering SaaS-based logistics tool which was one of the first of its kind to be 100% coded in JAVA.    Having participated in successive generations of technological innovation, Bob has experienced directly the shift in adoption from classic on-premises software approaches to the evolution of Cloud-based SaaS solutions.  During a career that spans 3 decades, he has worked with companies as diverse as GE,  Wells Fargo, Fleet Logistics and Biometrics Technologies.  Bob earned his MBA in Finance from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business and is a Registered California Real Estate Broker.
