In addition to their focus on investment and development for the Company’s current portfolio of properties, the Principals and Staff of New Albion Group provide Advisory and Project Management services to Developers, Homebuilders, Private Equity firms, NonProfit Institutions and Real Estate Investor Groups. Services include Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis, Marketing Studies, Entitlement Processing, Land Development, Housing Construction, Value Engineering, and the Coordination and Supervision of Technical Consultants.

As a critical part of these functions, the Company also provides assistance in the areas of Due Diligence, Feasibility Analysis, Market Positioning, Environmental Reviews, and the Negotiation of Purchase and Sale Agreements. All Principals have extensive experience in residential and mixed-use development and have occupied central roles in the design, construction, and marketing of some of the most successful master planned communities, neighborhood PD’s and urban infill projects in the Western United States.
