Our Principals have been responsible for the hiring, training and development of all key personnel necessary to the expansion of their firms' real estate operations and for the direct supervision of Senior Divisional Managers, Accounting Personnel and Acquisition Staff. As a result, they know from first hand experience the challenges of building a cohesive Management Team from the ground up.

The Management Team at New Albion is also knowledgeable in the critical areas of Budgeting, Purchasing and Scheduling, the Negotiation and Implementation of Project Labor Agreements, and the Supervision of Customer Service & Warranty operations.


NA's Advisory services include Strategic Planning, the Structuring of Debt and Equity Stacks, and Portfolio-level reviews of Assets aimed at optimizing returns and mitigating Risk. 


The Principals' experience in overseeing the work product of consultants is extensive and includes the highly technical analysis of Civil, Geotechnical, Environmental and Transportation Engineers. Each has worked closely with Architects and Title 24 Consultants in the design, development and cost control of residential and mixed-use product lines.


By creating innovative, computer-based tracking systems like the Production Progress Report, New Albion gives its field personnel the tools they need to manage higher levels of production while maintaining quality construction standards, tighter delivery schedules and shorter cycle times.
