Frank LePera

Frank LePera is the Manager of New Albion Group’s Tri-State Real Estate operations, established in 2015 and headquartered in New York City. As such, he is responsible for the acquisition, negotiation, feasibility analysis, entitlement, construction, marketing and sale of any projects undertaken by the Company throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic States & Florida. An owner, operator and developer of commercial and residential properties in the Tri-State area, Frank has long been active in all aspects of Property Management, Leasing, TI’s and Disposition and was instrumental in the Financing of 80 East 10th Street, New Albion Group’s mixed-use, midrise condominium project in Greenwich Village. Prior to joining our Team, Frank was Senior Managing Director of Cogswell Realty, a private real estate investment firm specializing in the development of mixed-use properties, where he was responsible for the acquisition and entitlement of all new projects and for the sourcing and negotiation of Debt and Equity. He began his career in Corporate Finance at JP Morgan Chase and later became Senior Director of Leasing at Cushman Wakefield. Frank has a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia.
