Paul Lopez has managed all aspects of Land Acquisitions and Forward Planning for some of the largest builders in the United States. During a career spanning 30 years, he has assembled land portfolios that support a diverse array of product lines and that have resulted in the construction of over 15,500 homes. Altogether, he is responsible for the negotiation of $3.6 Billion in Lots, the development of $2.3 Billion in infrastructure, and the sale of more than $7.8 Billion in housing.

Prior to joining New Albion Group, Paul occupied Senior Management positions at Lennar Corporation, KB Home, Standard Pacific, and Richmond American. He is widely considered to be one of the most knowledgeable and experienced land professionals in California.
